Salt ducks after washing.
Stuff cavity with cut apple, onion, celery stalk and carrot.
Place in roaster with strips of bacon on top.
Pour can of frozen orange juice over ducks.

Bake at 275 for 3-3 ½ hours.

If available do 2 at a time.
