1 box Duncan Hines Yellow or White cake mix – cook according to directions – 2 layers

Let cool and cut each layer into 2 layers

Mix well-
1 pint Sour Cream
10 oz. frozen Coconut – thawed
¾ cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla – optional

Directions:

Spread mixture between layers and on top and sides.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 days.

Before serving cover top and sides with Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining coconut on top.
