1 Whole fryer (3-4 lbs)
1 sm. Onion - diced
2 stalks Celery – diced
2 whole carrots

Cut up (fine) several Celery stalks
Add hard-boiled egg – chopped up
Mayo as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Salt & pepper chicken, place in large pot and cover with water. Add vegetables. Bring water to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour.
Pour broth into a bowl.
Let chicken cool, then pick off bones.

Add celery, eggs, mayo

Boil 6 chicken breast (same as whole chicken)
