Pail of dandelion flowers only
8 cup cold water
2 lemons
8 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash flowers thoroughly, place in large pot, add cold water and lemons quartered, bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand 24 hours. Strain through Jelly bag until no moisture is left in the bag. Pour liquid into a large pot, add sugar. Boil uncovered for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, it should thicken. Cool & pour into Jars & refrigerate or seal.
