1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
1/4 cup flour
2 T. vegetable oil
2 med. onions,sliced
1 clove garlic
1 lb. can canned tomatoes(do not drain)
12 oz. bottle of beer
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 T. parsley
1 bay leaf
1 T. molasses
1 T. vinegar
4 carrots,1/2" slices
1/2 cup celery,sliced
2 med. potatoes,cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Coat beef with flour( I put flour in a ziplock bag and shake.)and brown in oil. Add onions,garlic,tomatoes and remaining ingredients except veggies. Cook 2 hours then add veggies. Cook 40 minutes longer.
