4-6 pork chops, or pork loins
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
24 oz pkg frozen hash brown, thawed
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 can french fried onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper, brown each side.
In a large bowl combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper if desired.
Stir in hash browns,1 cup of cheese and half of the onions. Spoon mixture into lightly buttered 9x13 inch pan. Arrange pork chops on top.
Bake covered 350º for 1 hour or until tender.
Top with remaining onions and cheese bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
