3 PCS BAY LEAVES
5-6 WHOLE ALL SPICE
4 WHOLE CLOVES
A LITTLE OF FRESH GINGER
1 TEASPOON OF SUGAR
I HEAD CAULIFLOWER
1 BUNCH BROCCOLI
1 LB FRESH STRING BEANS
OPTIONAL:WHATEVER ELSE VEG YOU
WANT TO PUT IN…..

BROWN MEAT WITH GARLIC ,BAY LEAVES
ALL SPICE , CLOVES, GINGER & SUGAR.
WHEN MEAT IS BROWN, DRAIN GREASE
AND ADD WATER TO COVER MEAT.
COOK A LITTLE LONGER SO MEAT GETS
TENDER.
WHEN MEAT IS TENDER, ADD YOUR
STRING BEANS FIRST.(IT TAKES THEM
LONGER TO COOK.
THEN ADD REST OF YOUR VEGGIES..
I THEN ADD BUTTER (MUCH AS YOU WANT
FOR TASTE).
TASTE BEANS TO SEE IF COOKED…ALSO
IF YOU NEED TO ADD MORE SALT…
