6-8 WHOLE ALL SPICE

1 BAY LEAF
1 TEASPOON GINGER POWDER
1 TEASPOON OF ACCENT (OPTIONAL)
SALT & PEPPER
2 TABLESPOON OF WHITE VINEGAR
1 TEASPOON OF SUGAR.

ALWAYS WASH MEAT IN COLD WATER
BROWN MEAT IN LARGE POT ON HIGH HEAT.
WHEN BROWNING MEAT, ADD ALL INGREDIENTS
EXCEPT VINEGAR SUGAR & PAPRIKA
WHEN HALF COOKED, ADD VINEGAR ,SUGAR
A LITTLE WATER (DON'T COVER MEAT)
AND STIR. NOW SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.
NOW TURN HEAT DOWN AND SIMMER UNTIL
MEAT IS TENDER…TASTE TO SEE IF YOU NEED
MORE VINEGAR. IF TO STRONG OF TASTE, ADD
SUGAR AND VICE VERSA

NOTE: FOR CHICKEN, WHEN BROWNING, YOU
HAVE TO STIR MORE BECAUSE OF BIGGER PCS.
CHICKEN DONE 45-1 HR OR BEFORE IF TENDER
AND COOKED THROUGH.
