2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 T. A-1 or Worcestershire
1/2 c. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above in large bowl, shape in a loaf. Place in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350º F. for 1 1/2 hours. Mix a little catsup and brown sugar in small bowl, pour over meatloaf for the last 1/2 hour of baking time.
