Ingredients:  
4 cups flour (King Arthur)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 box raisins (black or white)
2 ½ cups buttermilk (low fat or fat free)
2 eggs
½ stick margarine (4 tbsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add margarine and mix with hands. Add raisins.

Separately, add 2 eggs to 2 cups buttermilk and mix; then add to dry ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes (until golden on top).
