Ingredients:  
Sauté and Drain-
2 lbs. hot sausage (low fat)
1 medium onion – chopped

Mix together with Sausage-
2 well beaten eggs
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
½ cup Parmesan cheese (4 oz.)

Make dough-
4 cups Bisquick (1lb. 4oz. box)
1 cup milk
¾ cup mayo
mix together in bowl and let rise – briefly

Directions:

Pat ½ dough into 9x13 Pyrex dish – spray with Pam
Put sausage mixture on top
Spread remaining dough on top of sausage

Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
