2 lightly browned Pet-Ritz pie shells (one deep dish)

Sauté-
1 tbsp. Butter
˝ chopped onion

Mix together-
1 cup Swiss cheese
˝ cup mayo

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl, add-
1 carton sour cream – 8 oz.
2 well-beaten eggs
salt & pepper

May add-
1 pkg. Frozen spinach – cook in box in microwave and drain (press out all liquid)
OR- ˝ lb. shrimp – cook and peel
OR- Onions sliced thin and lightly steamed asparagus
OR- 1 can white crabmeat (wash, drain and squeeze fresh lemon juice on it)

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.

Freezes well.
