1 chocolate cookie crust
½ gallon coffee ice cream
½ gallon vanilla or butter pecan ice cream
1 jar hot fudge sauce
cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Soften ice cream just enough to work with it.
Put ¾ of coffee ice cream into pie crust
Cover with ½ - ¾ of the vanilla or butter pecan
May have to use hands to shape all of this into pan
Cover with Saran Wrap and re-freeze

Remove from freezer – 5 minutes before serving
To serve- cut into wedges and top with hot fudge sauce and cool whip.
