1 lb. large shrimp cleaned but not cooked

Marinade
½ cup olive oil
2 tbsp. Creole seasoning
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put shrimp in a Pyrex or other oven-proof dish. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over shrimp. Refrigerate for 2 hrs.

Cook ¾ to 1lb. angel hair pasta. While preparing pasta, bake shrimp and the marinade in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Pour shrimp/marinade mixture over pasta and toss in a large bowl.
