4 Eggs slightly beaten
2 Cups Persimmon Pulp
1Cup Vegetable Oil
2/3 Cup Water
3 Cups Sugar
3 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves

Directions:

Mix first 5 ingredients together. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients then mix the two mixtures together. Pour into glass loaf pans and bake @ 350º for 1 hour. Makes 2 to 3 loaves
