1 large pork loin, cut in half if it's really big

1 large jar barbecue sauce
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Put loin, bbq, garlic and seasoning in crock pot.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Using 2 forks, pull the loin apart. Serve on rolls.

Makes a lot - good for parties!
