4 large chicken breasts
16 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. poppy seeds
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
35-40 Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 345 degrees. Boil chicken and let cool. Cut chicken into cubes and set aside. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup adding in the cubed chicken. Pour into a large casserole dish. Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with poppy seeds. Sprinkle this over the chicken mixture and bake in oven for 45 minutes.

I usually use cream of chicken soup as my family isn't that big on mushrooms. Also, I've used bread crumbs instead of the crackers and it has turned out just fine!
