1 lb. ground beef
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 8 3/4 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1/2 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese, cubed
8 6 inch flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain. Add tomato sauce, heat 5 minutes. Add beans and 1/4 lb. cheese; continue cooking until cheese is melted. To warm tortillas; dampen two paper towels, place two tortillas between the paper towels, microwave 30 seconds, until all are warm. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup meat mixture; roll up. Place seam side down in a greased 12 x 8 baking dish. Top with remaining meat. Cover. Bake at 350º F. for 20 minutes. Uncover, top with remaining cheese. Bake until melted. Serve with fresh tomatoes and lettuce.
