3 lb. ham loaf mix (1/2 & 1/2 to 3/4 to 1/4 ground ham and ground pork)
2 eggs
1 tube crushed saltines (crumble with hands)
small onion, chopped
1 T. brown sugar
pepper to taste
NO SALT

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in large bowl, shape into a meatloaf, place in greased pan. Bake at 350º F. for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Make a glaze of prepared mustard and brown sugar in small bowl, pour over meatloaf during the last 10-15 minutes of baking time.
