2 cups milk
1/8 Cup butter (cut up in pieces)
1 tsp. salt
1 Egg
2 pkgs. dry yeast
5 1/2 to 7 Cups Sifted Flour
Cinnamon
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, butter and salt in sauce pan till butter starts melting. Pour into large bowl. Stir egg into milk until it dissolves. Let milk set until Luke warm. Add 2 pkgs dry yeast, stir gently until its dissolve. Then add flour and fold into milk yeast until it starts to pull away from side of pan. Dough should still be sticky to the hands. Put flour on cutting board then pour dough on flour and kneed the dough until it becomes smooth-(have another large bowl buttered) put dough into buttered bowl and let rise for 2 hours cover with small towel. Roll dough out on floured surface until it's approximately 1/8" thick. Cover surface of dough with soft butter. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll dough and cut in 1/2” pieces. Let rise 1 hour. Cook at 375 º 15 to 20 min.
