1 lb. canned salmon - drained
2 (8oz.) cream cheese - softened
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and mold into 2 balls. You can roll balls in dried parsley or chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill at least 3 hours. Serve on crackers.

We skip making the ball and eat it right out of the bowl before it gets a chance to chill.
