6 T cocoa
1/2 c sugar
1 1/4 c plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 c light cream
1/4 c melted butter
2 egg whites (stiffly beaten)
1/4 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together into a bowl.
Add the eggs, cream, and mix well.
Add the butter and fold in the egg whites (stiffly beaten) and vanilla.
Bake in a hot waffle iron.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and sliced strawberries.
