1 c. Sour Cream
2 T. fresh Chives, chopped
½ tsp. Salt
2 T. fresh Dill, chopped
1 T. Sugar
1 tsp. Celery Seed
2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 lg. fresh Cucumbers, thinly sliced

Directions:

Mix everything together except the cucumbers. Gently stir in the cucumbers. Cover and chill.

Personal Notes:
If you use store bought cucumbers, you must peel and seed them before slicing but if you use garden fresh cucumbers, you can leave the peel on. Garden fresh cucumbers are better because store bought ones are too watery.
