1 can Pineapple Chunks, drained (reserve the juice)
2 T. Rich Cream
2 T. Vinegar
½ lb. Cheddar Cheese, cut into cubes
1 T. Flour
2 T. Sugar
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pineapple and cheese together. In a medium saucepan, mix the pineapple juice, sugar, cream, and flour. Beat the egg into the cream mixture. Cook on medium heat until the mixture is thick. Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar. Pour the mixture over the cheese and pineapples. Chill until ready to serve.
