fresh whole coffee beans, whole black peppercorns, sea salt, coffee grinder

find some good coffee beans of the pecan roasted style. just stay away from sweet beans in general (cinnamon etc). take 2 parts coffee beans, 1 part peppercorns & 1/2 part sea salt. grind away. rub copiously onto filet mignon, ny strip, or any other sort of good steak. you can also rub down baby back ribs or a good brisket & smoke for hours & hours to great results.
