2 pkgs of won ton wraps (found by the tofu in the grocery store)
2.5 pkgs of cream cheese
1 c. of chopped imitation crab
3 chopped green onions
1 c. of chopped parsley
1 can of sliced water chestnuts (chopped)
1 tsp. of worcestershire sauce
...and anything else you might want to add! It's fun to try new things!

Directions:
Mix everything together except the won ton wraps and oil. Dallop about 1.5 teaspoons of mixture into the center of the won ton wraps. To fold, (here is the tricky part) pull two opposite TIPS of the wrap together, making a triangle. Where the adjacent tips are folded over, pinch each side to make a crease, bring them up above the dollop of mixture and press down. At the other two tips, make a similar crease, bring together over mixture and press down. If these directions are completely impossible beyond ALL belief... look up a picture and try to recreate :D

Fry the won tons in about 1.5 inch deep oil until golden brown... you may have to flip them to fry completely.
