1 lb. navy beans
1 lb. red beans
1 lb. pinto beans
3 lbs. boneless ham - diced
1 lb. baby carrots, cut into bite sized pieces
12 stalks celery
1 whole garlic head - diced
3 - 4 bay leaves
1/4 c. parsley
3 tbls. basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and soak beans for 2 hrs. Drain. Bring beans to boil in large stockpot filled with water. Add water as needed. Cook until tender. Add vegetables and remaining ingredients. Cook until veggies are tender, and soup becomes fairly thick.
