3 c. flour (half whole wheat is fine)
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
6 T. cocoa (if you're a chocolate fan add 2 more)

2 c. water
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 T. vinegar

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add next 3 and mix.
Pour in greased 9"x13" pan.
Bake at 350º fro 35-45 minutes
