1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1-8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. cooked rice
2 T. chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, crumbs, half of the processed cheese, egg and salt; mix lightly. Pat out meat mixture to cover 12 x 10" rectangle of foil or wax paper. Combine remaining cheese, rice and parsley; spread over meat. Roll up, starting at narrow end. Wrap securely, refrigerate several hours or over night. Cut roll into 8 slices, place in baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
