2/3 cup to 1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup very finely diced celery
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 tablespoon buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups cooked chicken meat, cut into small chunks
Whole Wheat Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together everything but the chicken and the bread. Once well mixed, add the chicken. Spread about 2-4 tablespoons of the mixture onto a slice of whole wheat bread, and put another piece on top. Squish together, and slice once, making two big triangles. Keep cool until ready to eat.
