1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 T. oleo
1 lb. ground meat
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. catsup
3 dashes Worcestershire
salt and pepper to taste
6-8 slices of cheese
1 c. croutons
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oleo. Add meat, cook until done, drain. Put in a greased pie pan. Beat together eggs, salt, pepper, milk,catsup and Worcestershire. Pour over meat in pie pan. Cover with cheese slices, bake at 325º F. for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven, add croutons, return to oven for 10 minutes.
