3/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1½ cup flour

3 eggs
1½ cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Juice of 1 lemon (3 tbsp.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan and dust with flour.

Blend the margarine, powdered sugar, and flour with fingers or fork until crumbly. Press gently into pan. Bake in over 16-18 minutes.

Mix together eggs, sugar, flour, and juice of lemon with a whisk and pour over the hot crust. Return to the oven at 350º and bake for 16-18 minutes or until the edges are just turning brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
