5 slices Bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 can Cream-Style Corn
(set aside drippings)
2 c. Milk
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Salt
2 Potatoes, diced (1 ˝ cups)
Dash of Pepper
˝ c. Water
2 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In 3 T. of bacon drippings, sauté the onions until lightly browned, stirring constantly. Add potatoes & water. Cook until tender. Add the corn, milk, salt, and pepper and cook until heated through. Add the butter and stir until melted. Garnish with the bacon. Serve with crusty rolls or cornbread muffins.
