1 lb ground beef
2 Tbsp shortening
2/3 c. onion chopped
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 Tbsp catsup
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in hot shortening. Add onions and cook until golden brown. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Spoon onto buns and serve.
