Dressing----------------------------
2 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
¾ c. White Vinegar
¾ c. Canola Oil
Slaw----------------------------------
Cabbage, chopped
Bell Peppers, chopped
Celery, sliced
Onions, chopped
Carrots, grated
Horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool & add 1 tsp. of prepared horseradish. Refrigerate. Mix all of the slaw ingredients together. Pour the dressing over the top and toss to coat. (There is enough dressing to cover about 16 cups of slaw.)

The dressing in this recipe is also good on salads, especially those made with spinach or cabbage.
