Ingredients:
10 lbs tomatoes
2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 onion chopped
2/3 c. green peppers chopped
1 c. celery chopped

Directions:
Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces. Cook until pulpy, add other ingredients and heat through. Keep below boiling, put through colander being careful not to force to much pulp into juice. Bring juice to boil and seal in sterilized jars. I usually process this for 15 minutes in hot water bath.
