1- 15 oz can each garbanzo beans, Black beans, red kidney beans rinsed and drained

1 cup thinly sliced celery
3/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 T snipped fresh cilantro
2 T lime juice
1 T sugar
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

1. In large bowl stir together the beans, celery and onion
2. For dressing, in a screw top jar combine the salad oil, vinegar, cilantro, lime juice, sugar, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Cover and shake well.
3. Pour dressing over the bean mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill for 3-24 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with a slotted spoon. Makes 8 servings
