1 lb hamburger browned with 1 small onion
3-4 raw potatoes sliced
carrots
1/3 c. rice
1 c. water
1 can of cream of chicken soup (or any flavor creamed soup)

Directions:
Directions:
In large casserole pan, layer sliced raw potatoes, raw carrots, 1/3 c. rice and the cooked hamburger. Pour in 1 cup water and top with one can of cream of chicken soup. Cover and bake at 350º for one hour. Any kind of cream soup can be used.
