l lb. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 or 2 tbsp. Karo syrup, Lt.
1 tsp maple flavoring

Bring to a boil. Simmer about 10 minutes. Stir well. Add 1 tsp. maple flavoring. Cool. Serve on pancakes or french toast.
