1 lb round steak (slivered)
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp kitchen bouquet
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ginger
1/4 cup minced onion
2 green peppers(slivered)
1/2 cup dices celery
1 can mushrooms
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth

Put oil in pan 7 add garlic
Blend kitchen bouquet, salt & ginger & spread over cut up meat
Add minced onion & mushrooms
Simmer about 10 minutes
Add liquid & cook about 1/2 hour
Add green pepper & celery (cook slightly)
Thicken with cornstarch

Serve over cooked rice
