1 can minced clams
15-17 saltines, broken
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. butter
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Bake at 350º for 3/4 hour or at 300º for one hour. Place casserole dish in pan of water in oven

I'm sure this was my Grandmother Mecke's recipe. But I first had it when she was in an assisted living facility and Grandpa was living independently in their apartment in Pasadena. I would TRY to visit him once-a-month while in college. He fixed this on one of my visits, and can't fix it without thinking of him!
