1/2 cup suey sauce
1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
red food coloring - 5 drops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and Marinate pieces of pork loin in covered dish overnight turning many times. Or in Ziplock bag with air removed.
Cook in oven turning every change of temp - you can brush more sauce on everytime.
Approx - 425 for 15 minutes
350 for 15 minutes
325 for 10 minutes
check to make sure done in middle - thicker the pieces the longer - don't dry it out.
