Pickled Shrimp Recipe

3 lbs shrimp (raw)
2 cups cider vinegar
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup salad oil
2 tbsp sugar
6 bay leaves
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp dill see
1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped onions
chopped parsley

In saucepan combine all ingredients except shrimp, onion and parsley, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp and simmer 3 minutes longer.
With slotted spoon lift out shrimp.
In large shallow dish place layer of shrimp layer of onion & repeat.
Pour on hot marinade
Let stand & cool
Refrigerate covered stirring occasionally at least 8 hours. To serve drain shrimp and turn into shallow dish. Sprinkle with parsley
