Ingredients: 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small cubes 1 T. Oyster Sauce 1 T. Olive Oil 1 tsp. fresh ginger 1 carrot, shredded 1 zucchini, shredded 1 c. water chestnuts 1 T. Rice Wine Vinegar 1 tsp. Sesame Oil 3/4 c. chopped walnuts Bib lettuce (minimum 12 cups)
Chang's Sauce: 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. soy sauce Chinese mustard to desired "hotness" Chinese chili sauce/paste to desired "hotness"

Directions: |
Directions:Cube cooked chicken into small pieces and place in bowl. Add oyster sauce to the chicken to coat and let sit for 10 minutes. Place wok over medium heat and add ginger to the olive oil. Quickly add chicken to the wok and stir fry for about 1 minute. Add carrot, zucchini and water chestnuts and continue stir frying for additional 30 seconds. Add rice wine vinegar and sesame oil and continue cooking an additional minute. Remove from heat and add walnuts. Toss and serve in the lettuce cups.
Sauce: Mix together chicken broth, soy sauce and chinese mustard and heat over medium heat until warm. |

Notes: The preparation of this dish goes VERY quickly once you begin adding ingredients to the wok. It is best to have all of the shredding, chopping, etc finished prior to beginning to cook with the wok.
