1 pkg frozen spinach - thawed and drained
3/4 c bisquick mix
1 1/2 c milk
3/4 c egg beaters
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c cheddar cheese - sharp
dash of salt & pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a 9 in pie pan sprayed with pam.
Cover with foil. Bake 30 - 35 minutes in 350º oven.
Cool 5 minutes before serving
