6-7 large Summer Squash
1 lb sausage
1 onion chopped
1 egg beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese, divided
1t salt
1t pepper
1 t thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion. Steam squash in oven, scoop out seed, discard. Mash pulp, add to breadcrumbs, egg mixture and seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in oven 350F for 15-20 minutes until light brown and cheese melted.
