Sesame Chicken Bites Recipe

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. sesame seeds
2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless and cut into 1 inch cubes)
2 to 4 T. vegetable oil

4-1/2 tsp. honey
1-1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Combine bread crumbs, sesame seeds and parsley. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion powder, mustard and pepper.

Coat chicken in mayonnaise mixture and then roll in crumb mixture to coat.

In a large skillet, saute chicken in oil until juice is clear.

In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Serve with chicken.

Yields: 8 -10 servings.
