1 Onion
1 Cucumber
1 Garlic(mashed)
1 C. Tomato Juice
1T. Wine Vinegar
3T. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Mix all ingredients and chill overnight

Mom made a lot in the summer. When her garden
was producing many of the vegetables. Mom's
