2 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
¼ cup + 4 T margarine
1 pint sour cream
½ cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cup shredded cheese
Salt and pepper
1 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt ¼ cup margarine, mix in potatoes set aside
Combine sour cream, onions, soup and cheese, then mix with potatoes
Melt 4 T margarine and mix with cornflakes and sprinkle over potatoes
Bake in 350 for 35-40 minutes or until brown and bubbly
