2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c.flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Filling:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Glaze: 1 c. chocolate chips
1 T. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
For brownies: Combine flour, cocoa and salt. Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Blend on med. speed 3 minutes. Pour in greased 9x13 in. pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool completely.
For Filling: Cream butter and sugars together. Add milk and vanilla. Blend in flour til smooth and creamy. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread filling over cooled brownies. Refrigerate till firm.
For Glaze: Melt together chips and shortening, stir til smooth, then drizzle over top before serving.
